Marlowe - 1969

Bruce's first yet minor staring role. The scene that he is most remembered for in this is when he smashes up the office !!

The Wrecking Crew - 1969

Not one of Bruce Lee's staring roles. He was the karate advisor for this. The film starred Chuck Norris, the former karate champion who was to have many battles with Bruce.

Fists Of Fury - 1971

This is Bruce's initiation into the film world. Bruce plays a young man working in an ice house. He later discovers that his boss is a drug dealer. This is not one of Bruce's more memorable films, in fact he probably wished he had forgotten it.

The Chinese Connection - 1972

Basically Bruce kicks ass !! Hunting down the killers of his teacher in Shanghai, one of Lee's best films by far !

Enter The Dragon - 1973

This was Bruce Lee's last full film and in my opinion his best !! Described by a recent watcher as 'A Chinese James Bond' this film is excellent. Lee plays a kung fu expert who attends a martial arts competition held on a remote island. His task is to uncover the secrets of Mr. Han and expose him as the drugs dealer and prostitution ring leader that he really is. Lee shows mind blowing speed and accuracy in the fight sequences, watch out for the guy in the background who bursts into laughter during the "edification" as Bruce multiply kicks his opponent in the head.

Return Of The Dragon - 1973

This was made before yet released after "Enter The Dragon". Lee visits his family, who run a Chinese restaurant which is being hassled by this gang who are trying to take it over. The finally with Chuck Norris in the roman coliseum is pretty spectacular although the fighting is not as "quick" as in "Enter The Dragon". Also, Lee seems to spend most of the film in the toilet !
